35例重型颅脑外伤合并高渗性昏迷的治疗

目的：探讨重型颅脑外伤合并高渗性昏迷的治疗方法。方法：结合35例重型颅脑外伤伴发高渗性昏迷的病例的检查,采用补液、小剂量胰岛素、停用激素和减少脱水剂用量、胃管内温水注入等方法进行治疗。结果：死亡12例,自动出院2例,好转21例。结论：通过对发病机理的研究,认为控制内源性、医源性高渗是非常重要的,同时只要早期发现,早期治疗,可以大大减少重型颅脑外伤合并高渗性昏迷病人的死亡率。

Treatment of severe craniocerebral trauma complicated with hypertonic coma:a report of 35 cases

Objective:To study the therapeutic methods of severe craniocerebral trauma complicated with hypertonic coma.Methods:Combined the results of the clinical examination,adopting a fluid replacement with low dose insulin,stopping the hormone therapy,decreasing the dose of dehydration drug and infusing the warm water into stomach were performed in 35 cases of severe craniocerebral trauma complicated with hypertonic coma.Results:21 cases mended,12 cases died and 2 cases abandoned therapy.Conclusion:Controlling the hypertonic fettle is very important,and inchoate discovery and early treatment can greatly decrease the mortality of this disease.
