| 摘 要： | 为了揭示Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２基因蛋白和ＰＣＮＡ与乳癌的关系，用ＡＢＣ法检测乳腺良恶性疾病３０例，发现乳癌时Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２基因蛋白和ＰＣＮＡ表达分别占５３％（８／１５）和１００％（１５／１５）。而良性疾病的Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２基因蛋白和ＰＣＮＡ表达均为１５％（２／１５）。ＰＣＮＡ可帮助早期诊断乳癌和监测良性肿瘤是否恶变。Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２基因蛋白的表达对乳癌预后估价有一定意义。

| Abstract: | ostudyC-erbB-2andPCNAinbreastcancer,15patientswithbreastcancerwereobservedusingABCmethod.TheresultsshowedthatpositiveexpressionofC-erbB-2oncogeneappearedin8patients(15%)andPCNAin15patients(100%),while15pa-tientswithbenignbreastlesionsgaveapositiverateof15%.ThesedatasuggestthatPCNAmayhelpustofindearlystagebreastcancer.C-erbB-2providesthetheoreticalevidenceforthegeneraltreatment. |
