脑梗塞抗凝溶栓治疗中抗凝及纤溶演变的临床意义

摘    要:目的 动态观察脑梗塞患者疗程中t-PA、D-D、PC及APC变化,研究与其发病及预后的相关性。方法 在入院时及入院后第5天、10天、15天,测定t-PA、D-D、PC及PAC。结果 脑梗塞患者t-PA在病程中呈较高水平,而无显著变化(P〉0.05)。D-D入院时呈低水平,随血栓溶解,D-D逐渐升高,在病程中有显著变化(P〈0.01)。PC在整个病程中呈低水平状态,其变化无统计学意义(P〉0.05)

Abstract:Objective:To observe dynamicly change of t-PA,D-D,PC and APC during the period of treatment in patients with cerebral in - farction. To research the relativity between changes and pathogenesis as well as proynosis .Methods: To determine t-PA, D- D, PC , and APC at the time of admission and 5th , 10th, 15th day after admission. Results:t- PA in patients with cerebral infarction is on higher level during the course of disease, without obvious change(P >0. 05), D- D at the time of admission is low level,following thrombolysis, D- D rises gradually and have obvious (P <0.01). PC is on low level during the come of disease,its change not have statistical significance (P >0.05), it re- stricts the activity of APC to some extent. APC is on lower level in early attack, then it rises gradually and have obvious change (P <0. 01). Condclusion:PC on low level in patients with cerebral infarction is one of significant causes of cerebral infarction and produces negative effects of prognosis. During the period of treament,t- PA on high level and the promotion of D-D and APC are related with the improvement of patient's condition.
