| 摘 要： | 目的：观察嗽宁口服液的抗炎、解热作用。方法：采用植入脱脂棉球、皮下注射角叉菜胶制作大鼠炎症模型，皮下注射酵母菌制作大鼠发热模型，观察嗽宁口服液对炎症大鼠肉芽干重、足跖厚度及体温的影响。结果：嗽宁口服液能明显降低大鼠肉芽组织干重、足跖厚度及体温。结论：嗽宁口服液有一定的抗炎、解热作用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects of Souning oral liquid Methods：The inflammatory rat models 1 were induced by subcutaneous injection of earrageenin,the inflammatory rat models 2 were induced by subcutaneous plantation of cotton.The fever rat models were established by subcutaneous injection of yeast.Then the effect of Souning oral liquid on the rate of swelling in hind paw, dry weight of granulation tissue and body temperature of all rats were observed.Results：Souning oral liquid can significantly reduce the rate of swelling in hind paw, the dry weight of granulation tissue and the body temperature of rats.Conclusion：Souning oral liquid showed certain actions of anti-inflammatory and relieving fever. |
