| 摘 要： | 目的观察格拉司琼复合地塞米松预防腰麻术后恶心呕吐的效果。方法腰麻下行剖宫产术患者40例,随机分两组（n=20）。A组：术前推注格拉司琼3.0 mg;B组：术前推注格拉司琼3.0 mg＋地塞米松10 mg。观察两组术后恶心、呕吐发生情况。结果两组术中、术后血压均低于麻醉前水平（P〈0.05）,术后24 h内A组恶心、呕吐发生率高于B组（P〈0.05）。结论格拉司琼复合地塞米松预防腰麻术后恶心、呕吐有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the efficacy of granisetron plus dexamethasone with that of granisetron alone for preventing mausea and vomiting in parturients undergoing cesearean section under spinal anesthesia.Methods 40 parturients received randomly either granisetron 3 mg(Group A,n=20) or granisetron 3 mg plus dexamethasone 10 mg(Group B,n=20)Ⅳ before the beginning of surgery.Results Blood pressure during and postoperation were lower than those before anesthesia(P<0.05).The PONV rate in group A during the first 24 h after surgery was higher significantly than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Granisetron plus dexamethasone is more effective than granisetron alone for reducing nausea and vomiting in parturients after spinal anesthesia. |
