摘    要:目的 初步评价CT仿真内镜(CTVE)临床应用的价值。材料与方法 应用GE公司HispeedCT1螺旋CT扫描机及CTVE软件Navigator对113例(86例患者,27例正常人)进行临床应用,其中气道39例,消化道33例,喉13例,心血管12例,耳部6例,胆道4例,膀胱、输尿管3例,副鼻窦3例。72例患者经病理证实。结果 CTVE所见正常解剖及病纤维内镜所见类似。CTVE可清楚显示管腔狭窄与闭

Abstract:Objective To evaluate CT virtual endoscopy (CTVE) in clinical practice.Materials and Methods CTVE was performed in 113 cases (86 patients and 27 normal volunteers), with the scanning sites of tracheobronchial tree (n=39), alimentary tract (n=33), larynx (n=13), cardiovascular (n=12), ear (n=6), billiary tract (n=4), bladder and ureter (n=3) and paranasal sinuses (n=3). The diagnosis of 72 patients were proved by pathology.Results The appearances of normal anatomy and varied lesions seen on CTVE images were similar to those seen with fiberoptic endoscopy. CTVE could demonstrate the stenosis and occlusion of the lumen, protrusive lesion over 5mm, and ulcer over 14mm in size. CTVE showed certain ability in localizing and characterizing lesions.Conclusion As a noninvasive diagnostic technique, CTVE can be clinically served as a supplement of, and partly replace, the fiberoptic endoscopy.
