摘    要:目的 应用声学定量技术 (AQ)检测格雷夫氏病患者左心室功能变化。方法 应用AQ技术测定 2 3名格雷夫氏病患者静息状态下左心室功能参数 :舒张末期容积 (EDV) ,收缩末期容积 (ESV) ,射血分数 (EF) ,峰值充盈率 (PFR) ,峰值排空率 (PER) ,和峰值充盈时间 (TPFR)。结果 格雷夫氏病组PER高于对照组 ,差异有显著性意义 ,而PFR、EF及TPFR差异无显著性意义。结论 早期格雷夫氏患者反映收缩功能的PER显著增加 ,而反映舒张功能的PER、TPFR改变无明显差异 ,表明早期患者在静息状态下心功能相对正常 ,可在运动负荷或药物负荷后 ,行AQ检测心功能变化 ,以了解甲亢患者心功能储备情况

Evaluation of Left Ventricular Function Changes in Graves''''Disease by Acoustic Quantification Technique
Abstract:Purpose To evaluate left ventricular systolic and diastolic function in patients with Graves' disease by acoustic quantification (AQ) technique. Methods Using AQ to assay the parameters of left and right ventricular contraction and relaxation function for 23 patients with Graves' disease and 20 control subjects including end-diastolic volume (EDV),end-systolic volume (ESV),ejection fraction (EF),peak filling rate (PFR),peak ejection rate (PER),time to peak filling rate (TPFR). Results Compared with control subjects,23 patients with Graves' disease had increased PER.There was no difference in other parameters of cardiac function between the two groups. Conclusions The method of AQ assay cardiac function is convenient and save time,it can reflect directly the instantaneous cardiac function.During the early stage,patients with Graves' disease had increased left ventricular systolic function,and diastolic function didn't have notable difference.
