肝门静脉的CT测量研究

摘    要:目的:研究门静脉的CT解剖结构。方法:利用螺旋CT门静脉造影的方法,按指定的部位测量各血管的短径。结果:正常对照组的门静脉短径为1.32cm,脾静脉短径为0.96cm,肠系膜上静脉的短径为1.23cm,PV/AO为0.61,肝硬化组门静脉短径与正常对照组相比较无差异,脾静脉短径与正常对照组比较有极显著差异,比值两组间比较无差异。结论:门静脉短径不能用于诊断门脉高压症,脾静脉可以用于诊断早期门脉高压症,如果加上比值则更具有敏感性。

Abstract:Objective: To study portal vein anatomy structure of CT imaging. Methods: To use helical CT contrast-enchanced portal vein portography to measure the short diameter of portal venous system according to special part of every vessels. Results: The normal contrast group short diameter of portal vein was 1.32cm, SPV was 0.96cm and SMV was 1.23cm. PV/AO was 0.61. The short diameter of PV in the hepatocirrhosis group had not difference in the statistics compared with the normal group, but SPV had significant difference between groups. Conclusion: The short diameter of portal vein cannot be used to diagnose portal hypertension, but SPV can diagnose early portal hypertension. Ratio will more sensitive for dignosis.
