Criticizing the Economics Appliance in Health System Reform

Economics logic direction is economic welfare maximum, but the medical and healthcare reform is to health welfare maximum.The health welfare is different from the economic welfare.It should be criticized that economics applies in health system reform as rule because it will cause analyzing aid to misdirection away from health welfare, such as its concepts and logic.
