2000-2012年我国护理层级管理研究的文献计量学分析

目的：了解近年来我国护理层级管理研究趋势和现状,为护理层级管理的进一步研究与发展提供参考。方法：以CNKI、VIP、万方学术论文数据库为数据来源,检索2000-2012年我国护理层级管理相关文献。结果：共检索出相关文献204篇,研究呈逐年上升趋势,文献分布于72种期刊,作者来自我国28个省、自治区、直辖市,合作度为2.49。结论：护理层级管理已受到我国护理管理者和研究者的重视,但相关研究须在研究广度和深度上进一步加强。

The bibliometric analysis of the researches about nursing hierarchy management in China from 2000 to 2012

Objective： To understand the trend and the current status of the researches about nursing hierarchy management in recent years in China, and to provide the references for further research and development. Methods： Using CNKI, VIP, and Wanfang Academic database as the data sources, we retrieved the nursing hierarchy management literatures from 2000 to 2012. Results： We searched a total of 204 related papers which showed an increasing trend in this field these years. The papers distributed in 72 journals and the authors were from 28 provinces in China. The cooperation degree was 2.49. Conclusion： Nursing managers and researchers in China has taken attention to nursing hierarchy management, but the related researches should be strengthened in breadth and depth.
