晚期青光眼手术治疗效果分析

目的探讨对晚期原发性青光眼行抗青光眼手术治疗的疗效。方法对33例34眼原发性晚期青光眼的患者进行结膜表面浸润麻醉并改变结膜切口，同时联合丝裂霉素湿贴，缓慢放出房水后完成小梁切除手术。结果术后近期随诊观察，视力27眼提高，5眼不变，2眼下降。眼压控制理想，在正常范围内。视野术前能检查的有6眼，木后全部扩大。结论对晚期原发性青光眼改变传统的麻醉方法行小梁切除术，同时应用丝裂霉素湿贴是一种安全有效的治疗选择。

The Effect of Surgical Treatment for Terminal Glaucoma

Objective To analyze the effects of surgical treatment for terminal primary glaucoma. Methods Conjunctival surface infiltration anesthesia was performed and the incision of conjunctiva change d, while using mitomycin wet combining to let off aqueous humor, then the trabeeula resection was performed for 34 eyes of terminal glaucoma of 33 cases. Result Following-up observation after operation for short time, 27 eyes＇ eyesight improved, 5 eyes＇ unchanged and 2 eyes＇ declined. The tension of eyes was controlled well in normal range. Only 6 eyes could be examined before visual-field operation, but all of them enlarged after operation. Conclusion It is a safe and effective choice of treatment for terminal primary glaucoma to perform trabecula resection instead of traditional anesthesia while using mitomycin wet combining.
