| 摘 要： | 目的应用应变率成像技术研究糖尿病及糖尿病前期患者的左室收缩功能。方法确诊为糖尿病的患者49例；糖尿病前期者43例；正常对照组55例。启用定量组织多普勒及应变率功能，测量心肌各节段收缩期运动速度（Sa）及应变率（SRs），反映心肌收缩功能。结果3组患者中各节段心肌的Sa与SRs成正相关（P〈0．05）。糖尿病组及糖尿病前期组心肌收缩功能较正常组降低（均P〈0．05）。糖尿病患者心肌的受损程度较糖尿病前期组高（P〈0．05）。糖尿病发展到了晚期，心脏整体收缩功能才会发生改变。结论应变率成像具有较高的敏感性，可早期预测糖尿病心肌收缩功能的受损。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the myocardial systolic function of patients with diabetes and prediabetes by quantitative tissue velocity and strain rate imaging.
