中药消导饮颗粒治疗小儿厌食症的体会

目的:观察中药消导饮颗粒对小儿厌食症的疗效。方法:对2002年10月至2005年10月180例小儿厌食症病人随机分为两组,治疗组100例予消导饮颗粒加减进行辨证分型治疗,对照组80例予口服葡萄糖酸锌颗粒冲剂。结果:治疗组显效67例,有效29例,无效4例,总有效率96%;对照组显效30例,有效32例,无效18例,总有效率77.5%。两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:中药消导饮颗粒治疗小儿厌食症具有醒脾和胃,行气助运,消食导滞的作用,疗效确切,口感较好,服用方便,易为患儿接受。

Treatment of Anorexia in Children by Traditional Chinese Medicine Xiao-Dao-Yin

Objective: To study the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Xiao-Dao-Yin for anorexia in children.Method: 180 cases of anorexia in children were allocated to 2 groups randomly.The treatment group(n=100)was treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine Xiaodaoyin.The control group(n=80) by zing gluconate granules.Result: Among the treatment group there were 67 cases were cured and 29 cases effective and 4 cases were uneffective.The total effective rate was 96%.And among The control group there were 30 cases were cured and 32 cases effective and 18 cases were uneffective.The total effective rate was 77.5%.The total effective rate of the treatment group is superior than that of the control group(p<0.01).Conclusion: Traditional Chinese Medicine Xiaodaoyin treat for anorexia in children was availability,The taste was preferable and could be accepted by children easily.
