自制痔愈膏在痔疮治疗中的应用研究

目的通过观察自制痔愈膏在痔疮治疗中的临床疗效,探寻一种新的治疗痔疮的外用药。方法总结我院2010年6月-2012年6月应用自制痔愈膏治疗早期内痔、外痔、混合痔和痔疮术后创面经久不愈的142例患者的临床疗效及不良反应。结果 142例患者,治愈128例,治愈率90.14%;好转12例,好转率8.45%,促进创面愈合。未发现皮肤过敏等明显不良反应。结论自制痔愈膏在临床应用中安全,可靠,有良好的临床疗效值得临床应用。

Self healing ointment in the treatment of hemorrhoids hemorrhoids Application Research

Objective Through the observation of self-made hemorrhoid healing ointment in the treatment of hemorrhoids in the clinical efficacy,seek a kind of new treatment of hemorrhoid medicine.Method Summary of June-2012 June 2010 in our hospital using self-made hemorrhoid healing ointment in the treatment of early hemorrhoids,external hemorrhoids,mixed hemorrhoids,hemorrhoids postoperative prolonged does not heal the wound in 142 cases of patients with clinical efficacy and adverse reaction.Result In 142 patients,128 cases were cured,the cure rate is 90.14%;12 cases were improved,the improvement rate 8.45%,promote wound healing.Not found the skin allergy and other adverse reactions.Conclusion Homemade hemorrhoid healing ointment in the clinical application of safe,reliable,has good clinical efficacy is worthy of clinical application.
