| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨Orem自理理论在脑卒中继发排尿障碍患者中的应用效果。方法将46例患者随机分为观察组和对照组．两组均予以中医科常规护理，观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用Orem自理理论分级护理，观察两组患者的预后。结果观察组的排尿障碍恢复情况好于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论Orem自理理论结合常规护理可使脑卒中继发排尿障碍患者有效恢复排尿功能，有利于患者康复，降低致残率。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of Orem theory on the stroke patients with urination disorder. Methods 46 stroke patients were assigned to intervention group and control group, who received the routine care. Intervention group also received the nursing guided by Orem theory. Results The urination disorder of intervention group got better result than control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Orem theory, combined with the routine care, can improve the efficiency for urination disorder. |
