特必萘芬治疗慢性皮肤癣菌病的临床研究

目的：评价特必萘芬（疗霉舒） 治疗慢性皮肤癣菌病的疗效。方法：采用特必萘芬治疗慢性皮肤癣菌病患者６０ 例。特必萘芬０．２５，每日１ 次，共用７ ｄ，然后用特必萘芬０ ．２５ ，隔日１ 次，连服１１ ～１５ 周。采用扫描电镜观察特必萘芬在甲内对真菌形态的影响。结果：痊愈５１ 例（５１／６０）；显效８ 例（８／６０）；无效１ 例（１／６０）。半年后复发２ 例（２／６０） 。服特必萘芬１ 周后病甲中的真菌可见菌丝断裂，胞壁破坏。１ 个月后见凝固、坏死。结论：特必萘芬治疗慢性皮肤癣菌病疗效好。

The study of treatment and experiment of chronic dermatophytosis with terbinafine

Objetive: To evaluate the response of terbinafine (Lamisil R) to chronic dermatophytosis. Methods: 60 patients with chronic dermatophytosis were administrated with terbinafine. Terbinafine 0.25 qod for 7 days, then 0.25 qd for 11 15 weeks. Fungal morphology in the nail of onychomycosis with SEM was observed after administration with terbinafine.Results: 51 patients (51/60) were cured; 8 patients had response (8/60); One patient had no response (1/60). 2 patients relapsed (2/60)after 6 months. There were broken hyphae and destruction of cells after 1 week, coagulation and necrosis after 1 month. Conclusion:Terbinafine is very effective for treatment of chronic dermatophytosis.went apoptosis after exposure to alendronate in vitro . Conclusion: The reduction of osteoclast amount induced by alendronate may be due to cell apoptosis.
