| 摘 要： | 甲硝唑海绵栓和普通灭滴灵栓对体外阴道毛滴虫杀伤实验表明，两种剂型的甲硝唑对滴虫均有明显杀伤作用，且随药物浓度加大，作用时间延长，虫体死亡率增高。但是，同一药物浓度，同一作用时间、甲硝唑海绵栓组虫体死亡率明显高于灭滴灵栓组。

| Abstract: | The therapeutic effects of metronidazole sponge suppository and common flagyl suppository on trichomonas vaginalis in vitro were compared. Results showed that both of them could kill trichomonas vaginalis paaarently.The higher death rate could be oberved as the concentrations of drugs was higher and the treatment period was longer. But if the drugs'concentration and the treatment period were the same,the death rate of group treated with metronidazole sponge suppository was higher than that of group treated with common flagyl suppository. |
