中国14所医科大学核心竞争力综合评价模型研究

摘    要:目的为客观、准确判断医科大学核心竞争力提供了一种较为简单的模型。方法集成学术界对大学核心竞争力的理论认识,采集1999-2003年间中国14所地方管理的医科大学的相关数据,从资源获取能力、要素整合能力、价值实现能力等方面建立评价指标体系,运用综合评分法、TOPSIS法、因子分析法对14所医科大学在1999-2003年间所显示的核心竞争力分别进行评价,再用模糊Borda法组合。结果运用模糊Borda法组合后的结果与原来三种评价结果非常接近。结论聚类分析显示,评价对象基于模糊Borda值的高低顺位与其所属类别一致,评价模型比较合理,有推广价值。

Abstract:Objective Provides a simple model how to judge university's core competence.Method Based on academic information on university's core competence,gathered the relevant data on core competence from 1999 to 2003 about 14 locally-managed medical universities in China,built an index system of assessing from resources acquisition,momentums integration and value realization.Used the synthetical application of synthetical evaluation,TOPSIS and factor analysis methods to evaluate the core competence of 14 medical universities.And then,used fuzzy Borda method to combine the three results.Result The result of combination approaches former three results.Conclusion The result of clustering analysis indicated that the gradation of the 14 universities based on fuzzy Borda accords with their categorization;the evaluation model is reasonable and is worthy of popularization.
