| 摘 要： | 目的 研究局部使用透明质酸钠对跟腱断裂修复术后疗效的影响。方法 对5 3例跟腱断裂患者,根据术后是否局部使用透明质酸钠分为对照组(甲组)和治疗组(乙组) ,术后随访按照Arner Lindholm的疗效标准评定疗效,并测量患侧踝关节较健侧活动度减小度数,两组间进行比较。结果 治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P <0 .0 5 ) ,且踝关节活动度丧失明显小于对照组(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 局部使用透明质酸钠可有效预防跟腱修复术后黏连,提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of sodium hyaluronate on clinical results after repair of ruptured achilles tendon.Methods Fifty-three patients with achilles tendon rupture were divided into A and B groups.The clinical results were evaluated with Arner-Lindholm Standard,the decrease of ankle joint's movement scope was also measured.All the indexes were compared between two groups.Results The clinical results and the ankle joint's movement scope of B group were significantly better than those of A group.Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate is effective in adhesion prevention after repair of ruptured achilles tendon. |
