| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨唐氏综合征孕中期二联筛查的算法,以更好地理解筛查结果.方法 对4364例孕中期唐氏综合征二联筛查数据进行曲线拟合建立模拟算法,并与原算法进行一致性分析.结果 经过曲线拟合建立了模拟算法,一致性分析Kappa值为0.988095,P＜0.01.结论 模拟算法与原算法具有高度的一致性,模拟算法可代表原算法.
