| 摘 要： | 目的总结阴股沟皮瓣阴道再造术经验与体会。方法应用阴股沟皮瓣行阴道再造术10例。结果手术全部成功，随访6个月至5年，效果满意。结论阴股沟皮瓣具有血运丰富、手术易成功、操作简单、术后供区瘢痕隐蔽、外阴形态保持好的优点。

| Abstract: | Objective to introduce the experience of vagina reconstruction using the pudendal thigh skin flap Methods The pudendal thigh skin flap has been used for vagina reconstruction in 10 cases since 1998 Results All the operations were successful Follow up 6 months to 5 years the results were satisfactory in all cases Conclusions The pudendal thigh skin flap have rich blood supply;the procedure is simple;the scars of the donor site are hidden;after operation the appearance of the perineum looks well |
