| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨大隐静脉原位转流术治疗下肢多节段动脉硬化闭塞症效果。方法：大隐静脉原位转流，同时行输人道或输出道动脉重建及溃疡清创术。结果：ABI平均值由术前的0．40上升至0．87，缺血肢体挽救率为100%。结论：大隐静脉原位转流术是治疗下肢多节段动脉硬化闭塞症的理想术式。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effect of the treatment of the lower limbs multi-segment ASO by Husni bypass. Methods: Building the Husni bypass accompanied by the rebuilding of both inlet and outlet artery and the cleaning of the pustule simultaneously. Results: The mean value of ABI rises up to 0.87 from 0.40 and the healing rate of lost-blood limbs is 100%. Conclusion:The Husni saphenopopliteal bypass is an effective method to treat the lower limbs multi-segment ASO. |
