2004～2006年阜新市艾滋病自愿咨询检测情况分析

目的了解接受艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）的人群现状,有针对性地制定健康教育干预计划。方法对2004-2006年到阜新市疾病预防控制中心VCT门诊接待的1625名自愿咨询检测者资料进行分析。结果咨询1625人,85.29%自愿接受抗-HIV检测,检出6例HIV感染者。求询者中,20～40岁占90.72%,男性占64.49%;62.58%因有高危性行为来咨询;求询的问题主要是HIV检测相关问题,艾滋病症状、传播途径及感染概率等。结论青年人是艾滋病健康教育的重点人群,亟需为之提供咨询和检测服务。

Analysis of Voluntary Counseling and Testing of AIDS in Fuxin city, from 2004 to 2006

Objective To know the current status of people who received the VCT, to constitute the health education and intervention project. Methods Data of 1625 people who had voluntary counseling and testing and treated by VCT clinic of Fuxin center for disease control and prevention from 2004 to 2006 were ana- lyzed. Results Totall of 1625 people received consuhation,85.29% of them received HIV antibody test vol- untarily and 6 people were infected with HIV. 90. 72% were young people aged between 20y and 40y. 64.49% were male; 62. 58% of the total consultants consulted for high risk sexual behavior. The most concern questions were about HIV test, symptoms of AIDS, route of transmission and infection probability and so on. Conclusion The youth are the key population for health education on AIDS, it＇s urgent to provide consultation and detec- tion services to them, VCT is an effective measure to prevent and control AIDS.
