双唑泰栓联合乳酸杆菌治疗非特异性阴道炎的疗效比较

目的探讨双唑泰栓结合乳酸杆菌应用于非特异性阴道炎的效果。方法随机我院2010年5月至2012年5月非特异性阴道炎患者75名,分成A、B组,A组43名患者为治疗组,给予双唑泰栓结合乳酸杆菌医治;B组32名患者为对照组,给予单纯乳酸杆菌医治。结果经医治,A组对象阴道疼痛、瘙痒、排尿痛等病症恢复优于B组,有效率高于B组,不良反应产生比例低于B组对象。结论双唑泰栓结合乳酸杆菌应用于非特异性阴道炎,具有较高的有效率。

Comparison of double-yl Thai bolt Lactobacillus on the efficacy of the treatment of non-specific vaginitis

Objective Explore the effect of the double-yl Thai bolt combined with lactic acid bacteria used in non-specific vaginitis.Methods From May 2010 to May 2012 75 patients with no-specific vaginits in our hospital,divided into A and B group,A group of 43 patients for the treatment group given double-yl Thai bolt combined Lactobacillus heal;32 patients in group B,for the control group,given lactobacilli alone to heal.Results A group of objects vaginal pain,itching,painful urination,and other illnesses after healing recovery than group B,there were more efficient than the B group,adverse reactions produce less than the B group of objects.Conclusion Bis yl Thai bolt combination Lactobacillus can be applied to the non-specific vaginitis,having a higher efficiency.
