交锁髓内钉与外固定支架在四肢骨折治疗中的应用效果比较

目的比较交锁髓内钉与外固定支架治疗四肢骨折的临床效果。方法随机将我院2010～2012年间收治的78例四肢骨折患者分为交锁髓内钉治疗组（观察组）和外固定支架治疗组（对照组）,每组各39例,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.3%,显著高于对照组患者的74.4%,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者术后并发症发生率为2.6%,显著低于对照组患者的17.9%,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论交锁髓内钉治疗四肢骨折的临床疗效优于外固定支架治疗,且术后并发症发生率较低,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Comparison of the application effect between interlocking intramedullary nail and external fixator in treatment of limb fracture

Objective To compare clinical effect of interlocking intramedullary nail and external fixator in treatment in limb fracture.Methods 78 cases of patients with limb fracture in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 years were divided into interlocking intramedullary nail treatment group（observation group）and external fixator treatment group（control group）,39 cases in each group,comparied the clinical effect of patients in two groups.Results Total effective rate of patients in observation group was 92.3%,significantly higher than that in control group（74.4%）,the difference between two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.The postoperative complication rate of patients in observation group was 2.6%,significantly lower than that in control group（17.9%）,the difference between two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Taking interlocking intramedullary nail in treatment of limb fracture has superior clinical effect than external fixator treatment,and the postoperative complication rate is lower,so it is worthy of further clinical using.
