半乳糖凝集素1和层粘连蛋白在新疆维吾尔族子宫颈癌中作用的相关性研究

目的探讨维吾尔族宫颈癌发生发展过程中半乳糖凝集素1（Galectin-1）,层粘连蛋白（laminin,LN）的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测Galectin-1,LN蛋白在慢性宫颈炎（20例）、CINⅠ（20例）、CINⅡ-Ⅲ（20例）,宫颈鳞癌（40例）中的表达。结果 Galectin-1在宫颈慢性炎症组,CINⅠ组、CINⅡ-Ⅲ组和宫颈鳞癌中的表达呈上升趋势（P〈0.05）,LN在各组中的表达呈下降趋势（P〈0.05）;并且Galectin-1与LN呈负相关（P〈0.05）。结论 Galectin-1表达上调可能是维吾尔族妇女宫颈鳞癌发生的分子事件;Galectin-1和LN在维族妇女宫颈癌发生发展中可能起协同作用。

The correlation research of galectin-1 and laminin in cervical carcinoma of Uygur women in Xinjiang

Objective To discuss the expression and significance of galectin-1 and laminin in cervical carcinoma of Uygur women.Methods The expression of galectin-1,LN in 40 cases of CSCC,20 cases of CINⅡ-Ⅲ,20 cases of CINⅠ,20 cases of cervicitis were determined by immunohistochemistry S-P method.Results The expression of galectin-1 shows ascendant trend in 20 cases of cervicitis,20 cases of CINⅠ,20 cases of CINⅡ-Ⅲ,40 cases of CSCC.The results have statistical significance,（P0.05）.The expression of LN shows declined trend in 20 cases of cervicitis,20 cases of CINⅠ,20 cases of CINⅡ-Ⅲ,40 cases of CSCC.The results have statistical significance,（P0.05）.The expression of galectin-1and LN proteins was negatively correlated each other（P0.05）.Conclusion The enhanced expression of galectin-1 proteins in Uyghur women CSCC,suggesting that they may play important roles in the pathway of generation and progression.Galectin-1 is correlated with LN,it may draw a conclusion that the two genes have synergistic action.
