临床常见革兰氏阴性杆菌对抗菌药物的耐药监测

摘    要:目的了解医院内常见病原菌分布情况,对抗菌药物的耐药性进行回顾性统计分析。方法按《全国临床检验操作规程》第三版进行,对临床送检的标本,分离培养并进行药敏试验后统计分析。结果分离出病原菌前几位是铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、大肠埃希氏菌、肠杆菌属、肺炎克雷伯氏菌。分离阳性率前三位的标本是痰、尿、引流液。对抗菌药物耐药率较低是碳青酶烯类药物亚胺培南(IPM)0%,美洛培南(MEM)0%,酶复合抑制剂类药物头孢哌酮/舒巴坦(SCF)0%,哌拉西林/他唑巴坦(TZP)21.0%,头孢菌素类药物头孢吡肟(FEP)3.0%,头孢他啶(CAZ)8.0%,氨基糖苷类药物阿米卡星(AK)5.0%,喹诺酮类药物左氟沙星(LVF)10%。结论严格操作执行操作规范,加强细菌耐药性的监测,为临床合理用药提供依据。

Abstract:Objective The common pathogens understood Hospital distribution of antimicrobial resistance retrospective statistical analysis.Methods Isolation and culture and susceptibility testing specimens for clinical censorship,according to the third edition of the National Clinical Laboratory Procedures and statistical analysis.Results The isolated pathogens several former Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Acinetobacter baumannii,Escherichia coli,Enterobacter,Klebsiella pneumoniae.Separating the positive rate three specimens of sputum,urine,fluid drainage.Antimicrobial drug resistance rates lower the carbapenem drug imipenem(IPM)0% the US meropenem(MEM)0% the enzyme complex inhibitor class of drugs cefoperazone/sulbactam(SCF)0%,piperacillin/tazobactam(TZP)21.0%,cephalosporin drugs cefepime(FEP)3.0%,ceftazidime(CAZ)8.0% aminoglycoside amikacin(AK)5.0 %,quinolones levofloxacin(LVF)10%.Conclusion Strictly operating practices,to strengthen the monitoring of bacterial resistance,and to provide a basis for the clinical use of drugs
