我国部分艾滋病流行地区预防艾滋病母婴传播技术培训资源投入与利用

目的分析艾滋病流行地区预防母婴传播技术培训资源投入与利用情况。方法运用方差分析、χ2检验和Logistic回归方法,分析2003～2006年项目地区预防艾滋病母婴传播技术培训资源投入变化、平均每例培训费用和培训覆盖率差异。结果项目地区共计投入99.4万元用于预防艾滋病母婴传播技术培训,投入逐年增长,培训7064人次,县级培训人次占74.73%;例均培训费用为141元,校正后省级与县级培训例均费用有差异（P〈0.01）。二级医疗机构和乡级医疗机构培训覆盖率分别为64.93%和62.86%,不同类别服务提供者接受培训的比例有差异（P〈0.01）。结论研究地区预防艾滋病母婴传播能力建设资源的投入使得能力建设覆盖面得到了扩大。

Status of resource invested and utilized for AIDS prevention of mother-to-child transmission technical training in some areas of HIV prevalence in China

Objective To describe the resource invested and utilized for AIDS prevention of mother-to-child transmission（PMTCT） technical training.Methods Local resource invested for PMTCT training,the cost of training and proportion of receiving PMTCT training in different fields and hospital levels were analyzed by Chi-square test,Logistic regression analysis and analysis of variance（ANOVA）.Results A total of $99.4 million was invested for PMTCT training.Resources for PMTCT training continued to increase.7064 person-time were trained of which 74.73% was at county-level.It costed $141 to train one person-time.Cost of training per person were different between provincial-level training and county-level（P〈0.01）.Training coverage rate was 64.93%and 62.86% in county hospital and township hospital respectively.Training proportion of medical workers were different in 6 professional fields（P〈0.01）,Conclusion Resources for PMTCT capability building enlarged the training in local area.
