导乐陪伴分娩的临床研究

目的研究导乐(Dou la)陪伴分娩的临床应用效果。方法2005年6月~12月对本院76例初产妇(观察组),在家属陪伴的同时采用导乐陪伴式分娩,与同期78例(对照组)仅有家属陪伴分娩的初产妇进行比较。结果观察组孕妇对产痛明显减轻,总产程时间、产后出血与对照组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05);观察组剖宫产率11.8%,对照组为26.9%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论导乐陪伴式分娩缩短了产程,减少了产后出血量,降低了剖宫产率,值得临床推广。

Analysis on doula parturition method in clinical practice field

Objective Objective to research on the chinical practice effect of parturition With Doula.Methods By research of 76 primiparas(obserced group) in our hospital who treated with the method of parturitlon with Poula and coordinate with their relatives auompany Compareng with other 78 primiparas(contrast group)!in our hospital who only have their relatives in the same period of June to Decermber in 2005.Results The pregnant women in the obserude groups fecling of ache had mitigated obciously,The reduction of parturition prouss and postpartum hemamhage showing great impovement by companing with the other group.(P<0.05) The rate of caesarean operation of observed group is 11.8%,but the contnast group is 26.9%.Their comparison showing very important significance.(p<0.05).Conciusion The method of parturition with Doula curtail the process of parturition;Reduce the flou of postpartam bemomhage and the rate of Cesanean operation.So it is worth to application and clissemination in chnical practice.
