| 摘 要： | ①目的 探讨ＣＴ对胸廓内甲状腺病变的诊断价值。②方法 回顾性分析１４ 例胸廓内甲状腺病变的ＣＴ检查资料，经手术和病理证实为甲状腺肿６ 例，甲状腺腺瘤４ 例，甲状腺癌４例。③结果 ＣＴ能较好显示病变的范围，病变内部的钙化、囊变，及其与周围组织器官的邻界关系，并能提示出血征象。④结论 ＣＴ对于胸廓内甲状腺病变的诊断有一定价值，但对于甲状腺肿、甲状腺腺瘤及甲状腺癌之间的鉴别缺乏特征性。

| Abstract: | Objective\ To discuss the value of CT in diagnosing intrathoracic thyroid masses.\ Methods\ A retrospective analysis of CT data of 14 intrathoracic thyroid masses patients was made. Surgical operation and pathologic analysis had proved that 6 cases were adenomatous goiter, 4 cases were adenoma and 4 cases were carcinoma.\ Results\ CT could display very well the range of masses, calcification, the relationship between the masses and their surrounding tissues or organs, and cystic lesion and suggested hemorrhage in the masses.\ Conclusion\ CT had certain value in diagnosing intrathoracic thyroid masses. But it lacked specification in distinguishing among thyroid goiter, thyroid adenoma and thyroid carcinoma. |
