力竭运动诱发大鼠肾组织自由基损伤与运动性蛋白尿的实验研究

摘    要:测定了大鼠力竭游泳后即刻与力竭游泳后恢复40分钟时尿中总蛋白(TP)排泄率,肾组织脂质过氧化物(LPO)浓度和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)浓度及其相关。实验结果表明,力竭运动后即刻肾组织匀浆中LPO浓度升高,SOD活性下降不明显,血浆AⅡ浓度升高,尿TP排泄率升高。运动后恢复40分钟时肾匀浆中LPO浓度进一步升高,SOD活性比安静组有明显下降,血浆AⅡ浓度比运动后即刻明显下降,且LPO与尿TP排泄率呈正相关,SOD排泄率呈负相关。电镜观察显示,力竭运动后即刻及恢复40分钟时肾组织均存在缺血性改变。结果提示;运动性蛋自尿与肾组织自由基损伤有关。

POST-EXERCISE PROTEINURIA AND FREE RADICAL INJURY TO KIDNEY AFTER EXHAUSTIVE EXERCISE

Abstract:Forty-six male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:control group(Grp 1), exhaustive swimming group(Grp 2) and recovery from swimminggroup (Grp 3). The lipid peroxidase (LPO) content and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity of kidney, the excretion rate of total urinary protein (TUP)and the plasma angiotensin II(AII) content were measured. Their ultrastructuralchanges of kidney were investigated. It was shown that after exhaustive swimming,the LPO contents of kidney,the AII and the excretion rate of TUP increased significantly (p<0.0l), butthe SOD activity decreased insignificantly (p>0.05). In Grp 3,the LPO and theexcretion rate of TP were significantly higher than Grp 2 (p<0.0l), the SODwas significantly lower than Grp 1 (p<0.05), and the AII was significantlylower than Grp 2 (p<0.0l) but still higher than Grp 1 (p<0.05). There weresignificant negative correlation between LPO and SOD (r=-0.46, p<0.0l),and positive correlation between LPO and excretion rate of TUP (r = 0.42, p<0.01). Ischemia changes of kidney were found in Grp 2 and 3 with the electronmicroscope. It was indicated that the post-exercise proteinuria might be relatedto the free radical injury to kidney.
