| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨64排螺旋CT在心脏冠状动脉造影的临床应用价值。材料与方法:收集临床拟诊为冠心病患者1223例,行64螺旋排CT冠脉造影检查,并利用后处理功能重建冠脉,显示冠脉各主干及其分支,并对冠脉病变进行诊断262例患者的344支冠脉行选择性冠脉造影。结果:1223例行64排螺旋CT冠脉造影的患者显示344支冠脉有不同程度的狭窄。结论:64排螺旋CT对于诊断冠脉狭窄有较高的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To study the clinical application of 64 detector row CT(DRCT) in coronary artery.Materials and Methods:1223 patients were performed 64 detector row CT in coronary artery,344 of the 262 patients underwent selective coronary artery angiography.Results:The main branches and part of the sub-branches of the coronary artery were clearly displayed.1215 coronary artery branches of 860 patients were found stenosis.In 262 cases with conventional angiography,all main branches and parts o sub=branches of coronary artery were displayed clearly.Conclusion:64 detector row CT have higher value when we diagnose coronary artery stenosis. |
