| 摘 要： | 目的 比较万拉法新与氟西汀治疗不伴有精神病性症状的老年抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法 将符合入组标准的40例病人随机分组,系统观察治疗8周,用汉密顿抑郁量表评定疗效,用药物副作用评定量表评定安全性。结果 万拉法新和氟西汀治疗不伴有精神病性症状的老年抑郁症的显效率分别为75％和70％,两组疗效比较,P<0.01均无严重副作用。结论 万拉法新和氟西汀均可作为治疗不伴有精神病性症状的老年抑郁症病人的一线药物,但万拉汉新显效率,较后者更适合于此症。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the effects and safeties of Venlafaxine and Fluoxetine on the senile patients with depressive disorder and without psychotic symptom . Methods The patients met with the CCMD - 3 for depression were divided randomly into Ve-nalfaxine group and fluoxetine one. After 8 weeks were tested with HAMD/TESS . Results The improvement rate was 75% in Venlafaxine group and 70% in Fluoxetine one, the side effects were minimal . Conclusion Both Venlafaxine and Fluoxetine were suitable for the first line drugs in treatment with the senile patients with depressive disorder and without psychotic symptom , and the first was better than the other one. |
