棕褐沙林蚁水提物对小鼠迟发型超敏反应的影响

摘    要: 目的:研究棕褐沙林蚁水提物对小鼠迟发型超敏反应的影响。方法:测定小鼠左、右耳廓重量之差值,表示迟发型超敏反应的程度。结果:棕褐沙林蚁水提取物100,400,1 800,7 200 mg/(kg·d),连续ig 5 d后,抑制正常小鼠的迟发型超敏反应。400 mg/kg,连续ig 5 d后,既抑制环磷酰胺(Cyc)诱导的小鼠过高的DTH,又提高Cyc诱导的小鼠低下的DTH。结论:实验结果表明,在本实验剂量时棕褐沙林蚁水提物既可明显抑制正常小鼠及过高小鼠的DTH,又可提高低下小鼠的DTH。提示棕褐沙林蚁水提物具有调节机体细胞免疫功能的作用,这将为其治疗免疫失调性疾病提供细胞免疫学的药理学基础。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To study the influence of water extract of Emery formicusina(WEEF) on delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH) in mice.METHOD:Murine auride weight difference of left and right were used to define DTH.RESULT:The results showed that WEEF 100,400,1 800,7 200 mg/(kg·d) ig 5 d may significantly inhibited DTH in normal mice.WEEF 400 mg/(kg·d) significantly suppressed DTH in Cy-enhanced mice and yet markedly increased DTH in Cy-suppressed mice.CONCLUSION:WEEF has immunomodulatory action on cellular immunity in mice.A immunopharmacological theoretical basis is provided for WEEF in clinical application of some immunopathy therapy.
