| 摘 要： | 石香薷挥发油抗菌作用及200例急性菌痢为治疗组,90例为对照组,分别给予石香薷挥发油胶丸和痢特灵治疗5d。结果显示①石香薷挥发油对革兰氏阳性球菌和革兰氏阴性杆菌有抑菌作用;②治疗组用药前后大便细菌培养阴转率、大便镜检恢复正常时间和临床症状控制时间均优于痢特灵组,其治愈率达90.5%,总有效率达96%。提示石香薷挥发油具有广谱抗菌作用,对治疗急性菌痢、控制感染、减轻症状、防治感染性疾病有临床实用价值。

| Abstract: | Two hundred patients with acute bacillary dysentery treated with volatile oil capsule of mosla chinensis maxim served as treated group and 90 cases as control group receiving the treatment of furazolidone for 5 days. The results showed volatile oil capsule of mosla chinensis maxim had bacteriostasis of Gram-positive coccic and Gram-negative bacilli. After treatment, the bacteria negative turn rate of the stool culture, normal- ized time of the stool examination under microscopy and the clinical symptom control time in the treated group all took precedence of furazolidone-treated group, with the curative rate and the total effective rate in the former being 90.5% and latter 96%, respectively. It was suggested that volatile oil of mosla chinensis maxim had broad-spectrum antibacterial effects and could be used to treat acute bacillary dysentery, control infection and alleviate symptom and prevent infectious diseases clinically. |
