2168例液基薄层细胞检查在宫颈病变筛查中的应用探讨

摘    要:目的探讨Cytospin离心式液基薄层细胞学检测(TCT)技术在宫颈病变筛查中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析妇科2168例TCT检查病例资料,行TBS分类诊断,其中上皮细胞异常190例,对LSIL病变以上(含ASC+HPV)的24例行阴道镜下活检。结果宫颈上皮病变患病率≤20岁组最高(33.33%),明显高于其他3个年龄组(8.91%,7.35%,10.34%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。2168例患者标本细胞学检查检出感染细胞82例(3.78%),宫颈上皮细胞异常者190例(8.76%),包括不典型鳞状上皮细胞(ASCUS)166例,低度病变(LSIL)18例,高度病变(HSIL)6例。结论宫颈疾病患病年龄趋于年轻化。CytospinTCT细胞技术能明屁提高宫颈异常细胞的检出率,且与病理诊断有较高的一致性,是宫颈病变筛查的有效方法,具有重要的临床实用价值。

Application value of Cytospin Liquid - based thin - layer cell analysis technology in the cervical carcinoma lesions with 2168 cases

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application value of Cytospin Liquid - based thin - layer cell analysis (TCT) technology in the examination of cervical carcinoma lesions. Methods To retrospectively analyze 2168 cases of TCT examination, with diagnosis of TBS classification, of which 190 cases of abnormal epithelial cells, 24 cases of LSIL lesions (including ASC + HPV) were under colposcopy biopsy. Results The highest rate of cervical carcinoma lesions was in the group of age 20 (33.33%), much higher than the other 3 groups (8.91%, 7.35%, 10. 34% respectively). There was significant difference among them(P 〈0. 01 ). Specimens in 2168 cases of patients with cytology detected 82 cases (3.78%) of infection, 190 cases of abnormal cervical epithelial cells, including 166 cases of ASCUS, 18 cases of LSIL, 6 cases of HSIL. Conclusion Prevalence of cervical disease tends to younger age. Cytospin TCT cells technology can obviously improve the detection rates of abnormal cervical ceils with higher consistency of pathological diagnosis. It is an effective way for screening cervical lesions.
