cTnT、Mb、CK-MB、CRP联合检测在急性心肌梗死早期诊断中的应用价值分析

目的 分析急性心肌梗死患者血清中cTnT、Mb、CK-MB、CRP的变化特点,提高急性心肌梗死临床诊断率.方法 用罗氏ESlecsys 2010电化学发光分析仪及罗氏800全自动生化仪分别测定50例健康患者血清及50例急性脑梗死患者血清cTnT、Mb、CK-MB、CRP,分析其变化特点.对比单独分析及联合分析cTnT、Mb、CK-MB、CRP诊断急性心肌梗死的敏感性及特异性,以期提高急性心肌梗死的诊出率.结果 两组cTnT、Mb、CK-MB、CRP检测值比较,P均〈0.05,研究组与对照组具有统计学意义,可以认为研究组与对照组的测定值有显著性差异.cTnT、Mb、CK-MB、CRP特异性分别是90%、86%、86%、78%,敏感性分别是96%、76%、70%、70%.结论 研究组血清中cTnT、Mb、CK-MB、CRP水平与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义.联合分析后的特异性及敏感性都明显提高.

Clinical analysis on the application value in joint detetion of cTnT, Mb, CK - MB, CRP in early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction

Objective Analysis of serum of patients with acute myocardial infarction in cTnT, Mb, CK - MB, CRP changes, improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis. Methods Roche ESlecsys 2010 electrnchemiluminescence analyzer and Roche were 800 automatic biochemical analyzer of 50 healthy with the disease and 50 cases of patients with serum cTnT, Mb, CK - MB, CRP, compared two sets of data. Comparative analysis of individual and joint detetion of cTnT, Mb, CK - MB, CRP AMI diagnosis of the sensitivity and specificity with a view to improving the attendance rate of AMI. Results The two groups cTnT, Mb, CK - MB, CRP were detected, respectively P 〈 0.05, AMI group and the control group had a significant,there was a significant differences between the study group and the control group, cTnT, Mb, CK - MB, CRP specificity of 90%, 86%, 86%, 78%, sensitivity was 96%, 76%, 70%, 70% of a joint detetion of the specificity is Sensitivity. Conclusion There was a significant differences between study group and control group on cTnT, Mb, CK - MB, CRP, the specificity and sensitivity was increased significant.
