| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨整体护理在肾损伤中的作用.方法 将笔者所在医院2008年6月至2009年5月收治的肾损伤患者93例随机分为观察组48例和对照组45例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用整体护理.结果 观察组患者对护理人员的信任度及满意率均高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 整体护理应用于肾损伤患者,效果满意,能够提高患者对护理人员的信任度及满意率.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing of renal injury. Methods From June 2008 to May 2009 in our hospital, the 93 patients with renal injury were randomly divided into observation group （ n = 48 ） and control group （ n = 45 ）. The control group were given the routine nursing, and the observation group adopted by holistic nursing. Resuits The trust degree of nursing staff and the satisfaction rate in patients of the observation group were higher than that of the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The holistic nursing for the patients with renal injury has satisfactory results, it can improve patient confidence and satisfaction rate. |
