异常宫内节育器71例的X线诊断

目的探讨异常宫内节育器的X线表现和诊断价值。方法回顺分析笔者所在医院经手术病理及B超证实的71例异常宫内节育器患者的X线影像表现。结果71例节育器形态异常和（或）位置异常的患者中3例节育器穿透子宫进入腹腔，9例节育器嵌入子宫肌肉层或部分穿通，2例节育器嵌入子宫内膜，34例节育器扭曲、变形，5例带节育器妊娠，15例节育器下移到子宫颈管，3例节育器下移到阴道。结论X线检查能明确宫内节育器的形态异常和（或）位置异常，为临床诊断与治疗提供可靠的依据，具有重要的实用意义

X -ray diagnosis of unusual intrauterine device

Objective To discuss the X - ray manifestations and diagnostic value of the unusual intrauterine device. Methods Reviewing and analyzing the imaging findings of the 71 patients who had unusual intrauterine devices. Results Among these 71 patients, there were 3 ones whose intrauterine devices penetrate uterus and go into abdomens; there were 9 patients whose intrauterine devices embed uterine and muscular layers or some penetrate them; there were 2 patients whose intrauterine devices embed endometriums; there were 34 patients whose intrauterine devices distort; there were 5 patients who have intrauterine devices but are also pregnant; there were 15 patients whose intrauterine devices go down into cervixes; and there were 3 patients whose intrauterine deviees go down into vaginas. Conclusion The X - ray examination can find out the morphological and location abnormalities of intrauterine devices. It can provide reliable foundations for the clinical diagnosis and treatment, so it has an important practical significance.
