前牙完全脱位再植的疗效观察

目的探讨前牙完全脱位再植的疗效情况。方法2006年1月至2009年6月对56颗完全脱位前牙实施脱位牙再植术，经过6个月至2年以上的随访观察，观察其疗效。结果离体时间越短疗效越好，脱位牙保存方式湿保存好于干保存，根尖孔未闭合者疗效好于闭合者.结论离体时间、脱位牙保存方式、根尖孔闭合情况是影响前牙完全脱位再植疗效的主要因素。

Related factors to effect of replantation of complete anterior dislocation

Objective To explore related factors to effects of replantation of full anterior dislocation. Methods From January 2006 to June 2009, 56 full anterior dislocation teeth were suffered from replantation. The effects were observed after 6 months to 2 years of follow - up. Results With the shorter time in vitro, the efficacy was better; wetlands preservation was better way to dislocation teeth than dry preservation; the effects of apical foramen with no closure were better than those elosed. Conclusion The time in vitro, preservation way to dislocation teeth, and closure or not of apical foramen arc the main factors to replantation of complete anterior dislocation.
