卵巢恶性生殖细胞肿瘤的预后及影响因素分析

目的 了解卵巢恶性生殖细胞肿瘤的预后及其影响因素.方法 对29例卵巢恶性生殖细胞肿瘤患者的临床资料进行分析,设定变量因素,采用SPSS 16.0统计软件进行单因素及COX逐步回归分析,确定影响患者预后的因素.结果 患者的年龄、有无腹水、临床分期、有无正规化疗是影响预后的因素.结论 年轻、早期、合并腹水的患者预后较好,术后正规化疗是改善预后的重要措施.

Clinical analysis of the prognosis and influencing factors of malignant ovarian germ cell tumor

Objective To understand the prognosis of Malignant ovarian germ cell tumor and its influencing factors. Methods To analyze the clinical data of 29 Malignant ovarian germ cell tumor cases. Set variable factors, using SPSS statistical software for single - factor and COX regression analysis, determining the factors which affect the prognosis of patients. Results The patient＇s age, whether or not ascites, clinical stage, whether or not normal chemotherapy. These factors are all affect prognosis. Conclusion The prognosis of patients who is young with early stage and ascits will be better than others. Normal chemotherapy is an important measure to improve the prognosis.
