重度肩锁关节脱位的手术治疗

目的探讨手术治疗重度肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。方法锁骨钩钢板结合喙锁韧带重建治疗肩锁关节完全脱位患者38例，男30例，女8例，均为TossyⅢ型脱位。结果所有患者随访7～23个月，Lazzcano功能评定标准对肩锁关节进行评价：优24例，良13例，差1例，优良率97．4％。结论锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位，手术操作简单，固定可靠，并发症少，是一种理想的治疗方法。

Clinical analysis of the surgical treatment for arominoclavicular joint dislocation

Objective To investigate into the clinical efficacy of the surgical treatment for arominoclavicular joint dislocation. Methods By combining clavicular hook plate with coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction in treating 38 cases, who are 30 males and 8 females with aeromioclavicular joint subluxation, and all belonging to Tossy Ⅲ - type dislocation. Results All patients are followed up for 7 -23 months. Of whom 24 are excellent, 13 good, and one bad in effect according to Lazzcano functional evaluation standards for the evaluation of acromioclavicular joint. As a result, excellent and good rate accounts for 97.4%. Conclusion The clavicular hook plate used in treating acromioclavicular joint dislocation is simple in operation, reliable in fixation, and has few complications, which proves to be an effective method of treatment.
