| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预在糖尿病患者血糖控制方面的作用。方法将100例糖尿病患者随机分成试验组50例和对照组50例。试验组给予系统的护理干预，包括糖尿病的健康教育、饮食指导、运动指导、用药指导以及自我监测；对照组只接受常规护理。观察两组的血糖控制情况。结果试验组的血糖控制情况明显优于对照组，两组有着明显的差异性。结论护理干预能提高患者的自我护理能力，使血糖控制在理想的范围内。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the impact of nursing intervention on blood glucose. Methods 100 palients with diabetes were divided intn the experimental group（n =50） and the control group（n =50）. The patients in the experimental group received the system nursing intervention, including diabetes health education, diet instruction, utilization instruction, medication instruction as well as self - monitor. The patients in the control group only accepted conventional nursing. Blood sugar control situation was assessed. Results Blood sugar control situation in the experimental group surpassed that in the control group obviously, with obvious difference. Conclusion The nursing intervention can sharpen patient＇s self - nursing ability and cause the blood sugar in the ideal range. |
