婴幼儿先天性胆总管囊肿切除术围手术期护理

目的：探讨婴幼儿先天性胆总管囊肿行囊肿切除和肝总管空肠Roux—y吻合术围手术期的护理。方法：对32例婴幼儿先天性胆总管囊肿患儿的围手术期护理进行总结分析。结果：32例患儿均于术后7～14d治愈出院。结论：充分的术前准备，加强术后病情观察及引流管护理，维持水、电解质平衡及营养支持，做好康复期的指导是手术成功、促进康复的关键。

Perioperation nursing care of Infant with congenital choledochocele

Objective: To explore the nursing care of the perioperative children with choledochocele which were given choledochoceletomy and choledochoje-junostomy. Methods: We conducted a summary and an analysis on perioperation care at 32 children with choledochocele. Results: 7-14 days after operation 32 patients were all recovered. Conclusion: The key points of recovery are enough preoperative preparation, postoperative observation of patient's condition and drainage tube, the balance of liquid and electrolyte, the support of nutrition, and good guidelines during the rehabilitation period.
