清肠健脾汤配合康复新液治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

目的:观察清肠健脾汤口服配合康复新液灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:治疗组37例用清肠健脾汤口服配合康复新液保留灌肠,对照组34例用柳氮磺胺嘧啶口服配合康复新液保留灌肠。结果:总有效率治疗组89.18%,对照组79.40%,两组比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:清肠健脾汤配合康复新液治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果较好,具有抗炎、抗渗出、抗溃疡作用。

Observation of Therapeutic Effect on Ulcerative Colitis Treated by Clearing Intestine and Invigorating Spleen Decoction Combined with Kangfuxin Solution

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on ulcerative colitis treated by Clearing Intestine and Invigorating Spleen Decoction combined with Kangfuxin Solution.Method：37 cases were treated by oral administration of Clearing Intestine and Invigorating Spleen Decoction combined with enema of Kangfuxin Solution as the study group while 34 cases were treated with retention enema of salazosulfadimidine combined with Kangfuxin Solution as the control group.Result：The total effective rate of the study group was 89.19% while that of the control group was 79.40%.There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Clearing Intestine and Invigorating Spleen Decoction combined with Kangfuxin Solution,with anti-inflammatory,anti-exudation and anti-ulcer activation,has good effect on ulcerative colitis.
