| 摘 要： | 目的:优选苦瓜有效物质的最佳提取工艺.方法:以苦瓜中有效物质总甾(醇)苷的含量为指标,采用正交试验优选最佳提取工艺.结果:水提取的最佳工艺条件为A1B3C3;乙醇提取的最佳工艺条件为A1B2C3D.结论:乙醇提取法总甾(醇)苷含量较高.

| Abstract: | Object:To optimize the extraction conditions for the effective substances of Momordica charantia L.Method:Study on different extraction methods by the orthogonal test, determine the content of total steroidalsaponins with the Charantin as index. Result:The optimum conditions extracted by aqueous were A1B3C3; theoptimum conditions extracted by alcohol were A1B2C3D3. Conclusion:The content of the total steroidal saponinsextracted by alcohol is the higher. |
