| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨阴道Ｂ超诊断子宫内膜息肉的临床应用价值。方法：对１８５例疑诊断子宫内膜息肉患进行月经前后对比观察，并对有关伴发疾病与本病的关系进行分析。结果：阴道Ｂ超的应用提高了超声对子宫内膜息肉的诊断率，并对宫腔内其它小型病灶的鉴别诊断帮助较大。结论：阴道Ｂ超为临床诊断子宫内膜息肉了一种简有效的诊断与鉴别手段。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the clinical application of diagnosing endometrial polypus (EP) by transvaginal ultrasonography. Methods: To compare 185 cases of EP before and after their periods and to analyze the related illnesses. Results: The use of transvaginal ultrasonography has improved the correct rate of diagnosis to EP and helped to find the other small focus. Conclusion: The transvaginal ultrasonography is an effective means for the diagnosis of EP. |
