| 摘 要： | 目的：观察血液稀释净化生物平衡疗法（ETBD）对高血脂、高血黏的治疗效果和安全性。方法：血脂、血液流变学指标明显增高患者272例,随机分为观察组和对照组各136例,均给予常规药物治疗,观察组增加ETBD。结果：治疗1个月后,观察组血脂、血液流变学指标及肝功能与治疗前及对照组比较均有显著好转（P〈0.01）,且未发现明显的不良反应。结论：ETBD能明显降低高血脂、高血黏患者的血液流变学指标,且治疗安全、无明显副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of equilibrium therapy of decontamination living creature of blood dilution(ETBD) in treating high blood fat and high viscosity.Methods: 272 patients with high blood fat and high viscosity were randomly divided into observation group(136 cases) and control group(136 cases),receiving routine treatment and ETBD,and routine treatment alone,respectively.Blood fat,sugar and viscosity,and liver function were tested before and after ETBD.Results: One month after treatment,blood fat,viscosity and liver function were improved in observation group as compared with those before treatment and in control group(P<0.01).No obvious side effects were found.Conclusion: ETBD is safe and effective in treating high blood fat and high blood viscosity. |
