循经三步针法治疗肩周炎30例疗效观察

目的:探讨治疗病程在3个月以内的肩周炎有效方法.方法:采用循经三步针法即循经远端点刺、电针病理反应点、循经刺络拔罐法治疗肩周炎患者30例.结果:30例患者经1个疗程治疗全部有效,治愈显效率86.7%,近期有效率92.0%,远期观察有效率86.4%.结论:循经三步针法治疗肩周炎有见效快、疗程短、疗效好、疗效巩固等优点.

Observation on therapeutic effect of three-steps acupuncture along meridians in 30 cases of periarthritis of shoulder

Objective To explore an effective method for treatment of periarthritis of shoulder within 3 months of course of disease. Methods Thirty cases of periarthritis of shoulder were treated by needling distal points along meridians, electroacupuncture of pathological reaction points, blood-letting puncturing and cupping along meridians. Results After treatment of one course, all patients were effective, and the cured-markedly effective rate, the short-term effective rate and the long-term effective rate were 86.7%, 92.0% and 86.4%, respectively. Conclusion The three-steps acupuncture along meridians is a good method for periarthritis of shoulder with fast, better and consolidatory therapeutic effect and short therapeutic course.
