| 摘 要： | 目的本文总结2所医院从1974年3月～2007年10月收治阴茎癌29例。术前均被活检证实为阴茎癌，其中25例为鳞状上皮细胞癌，3例为移行细胞癌，1例为胚胎癌。方法29例阴茎癌其中11例做阴茎龟头切除，保留尿道。9例做阴茎龟头及前1／3阴茎干海绵体切除，尿道外翻与阴茎皮肤吻合。4例做阴茎大部分切除保留后尿道会阴造瘘术。2例阴茎全切术膀胱造瘘术。2例阴茎及阴囊全切术膀胱造瘘术。1例阴茎根部海绵体部分切除术，保留尿道。结果术后11例存活15年，4例存活达7年，6例存活3年11个月，1例存活21年，7例失访。结论阴茎癌阴茎部分切除术后，部分患者仍有性功能。
